My session fee is $250 per 50-minute session.

I know how important it is to find the right therapist for your teen—someone they feel comfortable with, and someone you trust to support them through this season of life.

That’s why I offer a free 15-minute consultation call for parents or caregivers. There’s no pressure, no awkward expectations—just a genuine conversation to help us explore whether I might be a good fit for your family.

You can ask questions, share what’s been going on for your teen, and get a feel for how I work. My goal is always to help families find the right support, even if that’s not with me.

  • Yes—because I’m licensed in California, I can only work with clients who are physically located in the state at the time of our sessions. I offer both in-person and virtual therapy for California residents.

  • I’m considered an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. However, many of my clients use their out-of-network benefits to get reimbursed for part of the cost of therapy.

If you’d like to go this route, I’ll provide you with a monthly superbill—a special receipt you can submit to your insurance company. It includes all the information they typically need to process your claim.

Before getting started, I recommend calling your insurance provider and asking:

    • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

    • Is there a deductible I need to meet first?

    • What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?

    • How do I submit superbills for reimbursement?

  • While ongoing therapy tends to offer the deepest transformation, I occasionally offer one-time consultation sessions for focused support. These are also $250 and can be scheduled based on availability.

  • Some clients start to feel relief within just a few sessions, while for others, the process is more gradual. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, and I’ll be here to support you through the entire journey.
